Golden Gate Motor Safety Services is based in San Francisco and proudly serves the greater SF Bay Area and surrounding regions. Our rates may vary depending on the distance from San Francisco. If your location is not listed in the Base Rates section, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide a customized quote for your area.
Base Rates
- San Francisco to San Bruno $240 per Motorcade Escort
- Peninsula to Mt. View $265 per Motorcade Escort
- Northern East Bay $265 per Motorcade Escort
- Greater Bay Area $300 to $500 per Motorcade Escort
- South Bay $300 per Motorcade Escort
- Greater Bay Area $300 to $500 per Motorcade Escort
- Stockton/Sacramento Areas $450 to $500 per Motorcade Escort
- If your area of service is not listed please contact us for a quote
- Minimum of 2 Motorcade Escorts required for most services for up to 12 vehicles.
- 1 additional motorcade escort is required for every 6 vehicles beyond the initial 12 vehicles.
- Rates include 2 hours of service & a 20 mile Range, starting from the time escorts are requested to be at the starting location. This service also includes one stop within the travel area between the starting point and the destination.
- Contact us for a customized quote for drayage, heavy equipment, or oversize load transportation support.
Additional Fees
- $50 per Motorcade Escort for moderate to heavy rain.
- $30 per Motorcade Escort for holidays.
- $50 Single Motorcade Escort booking.
- $3 per mile per Motorcade Escort for extra miles beyond 20 miles.
- $1 per minute, per Motorcade Escort, will apply for any time exceeding the scheduled 2-hour time frame.
- Price varies for stops outside the travel route between the starting point and destination.
- $25 per Motorcade Escort for Additional Stops (One Stop included with Base Rate)
- $25 per Motorcade Escort for parade routes or indirect inner-city routes.
Confirming Your Booking
We recommend starting your booking 7 to 10 days in advance of service date. To get started, please reach out to us with a quote inquiry via email, phone call, or text. Once we receive your information, we will email you a detailed quote within 24 to 36 hrs. After reviewing and finalizing the quote, a 50% deposit of the total cost will be required to secure your booking. We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in person at the starting point of your service or anytime prior to that using the same electronic payment methods.
NOTE: If you email a quote request and do not receive a confirmation that we’ve received your email within 3 hours, please call or text us directly. This will help us locate your information and ensure your quote is processed promptly.
Bookings Within 24 hours
We are capable of accommodating short-notice requests within 24 hours; however, a $50 fee will apply.
Cancellations
You can cancel bookings at any time; however, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a $50 fee per Motorcade Escort.
Industry Standard Pricing
We strive to maintain competitive pricing in line with industry standards. For bookings scheduled Monday through Wednesday, rates may be negotiable as mentioned above.

We Strive For Excellence In Service
Our primary goal is to ensure the entire procession reaches the cemetery safely. However, on occasion, general traffic may merge into the procession, or there may be more participants than anticipated. In such cases, our top priority is safety, and we will prioritize accommodating those nearest to the front of the procession if there are more participants than the assigned motorcade escorts can manage. We strongly recommend that all guests have the cemetery address on hand in case they become separated from the procession. Rest assured, we will do our best to adapt to the situation and ensure a safe and smooth escort for everyone involved.
